Sorry, we are not able to accept orders via credit card at this time and do not accept personal checks.

* Note:  NastyZ or PY forum discounts must be applied prior to order placement.  Once payment is received, discounts are not subject to be applied to previous orders or shipments.

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Flate Rate whenever possible and at the discretion of 2ndGenZ.  We appreciate there may be a more cost effective route for individual requirements, however 2ndGenZ is located in a rural location and shipping via UPS and FedEx is not convenient.

Orders shipping to US addresses will usually be made the following business day upon receipt of payment via USPS Priority and a tracking number will be provided by return e:mail once shipment is made.

Orders shipping to Canada will be quoted on an individual basis via the US Postal Service.  Buyer must request shipping charges prior to placing order.

Orders/purchase requests outside of the US or Canada must be made in advance of order placement and are subject to review prior to acceptance.

Returns:

Damaged/Quality Complaint:  Any product received damaged or of unsatisfactory condition may be returned for a full refund or replacement.  Requests for refund must be accompanied by digital photo showing the damaged/affected area.  Requests for refund contingent upon return receipt of product in undamaged/unmodified condition.

Customer Dissatisfaction:  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product, you may return within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund.  Product must be in original "as-received" condition and unmodified.  Please contact me via e:mail to request authorization to return product and arrange refund.
